How do we determine the level of scholarship funding for each student? Some projects provide level funding for all participants; is this a good idea?

What kinds of support services do we already have? How can we design or redesign services that would be specific to the S-STEM participants? Will we need to hire someone? Can we do with a parttime person?

Who will coordinate supplemental activities? What are some supplemental activities.

How do we target and identify specific students who would be eligible? Myrna’s comments in “Student Selection Criteria” need to be considered. What is the role of FACULTY?

What do we need to focus upon? I want to go farther than just advertising. What is our product?
